Hajia4Reall Reportedly Denied Bail By US Court

In recent developments regarding the case of Ghanaian socialite and musician Hajia4Reall, it has been revealed that her bail request did not meet the necessary requirements, as stated in documents obtained from the US Department of State.

The information was disclosed by Kofi Adoma, the host of KOFI TV, who obtained the documents.

According to the court documents presented by United States Attorney Damian Williams of the Southern District of New York, Hajia4Reall stands accused of various offenses, including involvement in a $2 million romance scam, wire fraud, money laundering, and receipt of stolen money.

During her initial court appearance, Hajia4Reall had pleaded not guilty to the charges. Subsequently, she was released on home detention to her aunt’s residence in New Jersey, pending further legal proceedings.

The release was granted upon the payment of a $500,000 bond, and she was required to wear a GPS ankle monitor to facilitate location tracking. This information was confirmed by her lawyer and the prosecutor’s office.

However, new information has come to light concerning Hajia4Reall’s bail conditions. She had made a request to the court, seeking to relax the terms and allow her to return to New York.

Additionally, she asked for permission to move within specific areas while being placed under house arrest. Unfortunately for her, the court denied her request based on the fact that she lacks family ties in the United States.

The court’s decision was influenced by the weight of evidence against Hajia4Reall.

Granting her bail under Section 3142-G of the US Justice System was deemed risky, as there was a concern that she could potentially flee.

The denial of Hajia4Reall’s bail request highlights the seriousness of the charges against her and the court’s determination to prevent any potential flight risk.

As the legal proceedings continue, further details about the case are expected to emerge, shedding light on the accusations and the evidence presented against her.

It remains to be seen how the case will unfold and what implications it may have for Hajia4Reall’s future.

“Looking at her $2m romance scam, Hajia4Reall could be jailed for a period of four to seven years if the court were to make a decision based on the pieces of evidence gathered,” Damian Williams, further stated.
